Food is considered one of the greatest pleasures. This is evidenced by the fact that we are willing to fly all over the world in order to taste the world’s cuisines and experience their diversity. Compared to Italian or French cuisine, which are popular with crowds of tourists, Indonesian cuisine is much less well-known, but this does not change the fact that it is healthy, tasty, easy to digest and perfectly balanced. The true taste of Indonesian cuisine comes to Slovakia thanks to Bali BISTRO, which represents the cuisines of many Indonesian regions with its range of dishes.

Indonesian cuisine is always based on fresh ingredients, bold spices and aromatic fresh herbs, which give the dishes a completely different dimension compared to European cuisine. Rice, fresh vegetables, seafood and chicken, beef and pork are an essential part of this cuisine. Herbs and spices include coriander, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and cardamom. The catch is that only a true Balinese can capture the true uniqueness of Indonesian cuisine hidden in its simplicity. Bali BISTRO will therefore operate under the guidance of a chef who has come to Slovakia directly from Bali. Thanks to this, our guests can look forward to a true gastro experience!
