Magical dance of body and soul. This is how we could describe Balinese yoga, which combines three unique elements. On the surface, it relies on physical exercises to energize and condition our bodies, on the conscious level it uses breathing techniques to calm our minds, and in its depth it reaches out to spiritual perception to help us know ourselves.

In terms of physical activity, Balinese yoga combines a variety of easier and more challenging movements. These are expressive elements inspired by nature itself, which require the active engagement of the muscles of the whole body. The aim of the breathing techniques is to calm not only the breath, but especially the mind and thus achieve harmony and inner peace. The deepest level of Balinese yoga is its spiritual perception, which is the path to discovering one’s inner strength, awakening to life and achieving personal creativity, love and the desire to create. It invites us on a journey of self-discovery and connection with the world around us.
